Villa La Estancia 1305

Lovely place in a very lovely complex.

Would definitely return! Everything was perfect, resort was nice and peaceful. The condo itself was just like the pictures, everyone was super helpful while we were there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It was the perfect fit for our family of five, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The beds were especially comfortable. Nick and Laura were fantastic hosts, and the resort staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back!

The condo had a spectacular view, was furnished perfectly, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was set for a really enjoyable 4 day visit. We loved the combination of the condo with a kitchen but the amenities of a resort. We will be back.

We loved it. The views of the pool below us and the ocean was very nice. We loved that everything looked updated including the refrigerator and Washer/Dryer that appeared to be brand new. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Family of 6 with littles—would come back again! Clean, inviting & made for a perfect vacation home for the week. Beautiful beach for the kids to play at & warm pool for all of us to swim together in! Great restaurants around but also had the kitchen in the villa for some meals also. Thank you for allowing us to create so many memories together. It was wonderful!

Wonderful stay

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The views from the terrace were amazing. Overall the property is great: the food, the drinks, the staff, the fact that you can also swim in the ocean directly from the hotel and use the sistering properties where we had a couple of meals. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

The property and condo were amazing! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible! The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Laura at The Cabo Way was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and even booked transportation for us.

We had an amazing time. The place was very well maintained, great location and view and ideal for families. We will be back!

Such a lovely stay at Laura’s place at Estancia! We loved Estancia - the views were incredible from our balcony, the staff was super friendly, and very easy to get into town with super short taxi ride. Appreciated the space and comfort that Laura’s unit provided to our family. Would definitely choose Estancia and most importantly, Laura’s place, again!

The Resort is amazing, beautifully maintain and location/view is the best. Staff does an amazing job and they clean this place non stop. Our room was very spacious, nicely decorated with everything you need. The beds were very soft and comfy. Laura was very responsive and explained everything very well. We will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!!! We had a wonderful trip!

This condo was beautifully decorated. It is located right over the pool and has amazing views. Laura was great to work with. She communicated with me leading up to my trip and provided recommendations for transportation and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is the perfect set-up for our family of 5. Living room had a large and comfy couch for lounging. Beds were great with soft, white linens. It has everything you need including nicer kitchen small appliances and pots and pans. (Hate it when places expect you to use bargain basement stuff) We would definitely book this condo in the future.

Wonderful stay in this spacious 2 bedroom 3 full bath property!! Gorgeous views from the balcony to enjoy morning coffee and/or an afternoon cocktail while getting ready for dinner! The washer/dryer were great to have as well. Thank you for a seemless visit from the airport shuttle, to easy check in and out and back to the airport too! We hope to come back as this was our first time to Cabo! Laura was speedy with any questions I had, almost immediate responses every time! Loved the Villas!!

Details matter when you rent a condo. Villa Estancia Cabo 1604 has details that make you want to return. Well equipped unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, working smart TVs so you can watch your favorite shows, connecting Wi Fi that does not cut out, kitchen has updated appliances and new washer and dryer that work great. This unit is updated and well maintained. Unit has a great ocean view, pools and beach were fantastic. Uber is 4-5 dollars to get you around and into town, never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. The food in Cabo is amazing, I highly recommend taking a stroll down the beach or taking a Uber into town to try one of the 900 restaurants. You won’t be disappointed.

Laura’s condo at La Estancia, is wonderful! The unit is perfectly comfortable and a great location within Cabo. the resort is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful. Laura was very responsive and arranged a wonderful driver from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this place and will likely return.

We had such an excellent trip to villa de estancia! Beautiful property and the unit was so nice and roomy for my family of 6. Plenty of options for food and we also cooked several meals in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning ! Thank you Laura and Nick!

From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left it was high class! The place was spotless, beautiful, and just what we were hoping for!! Excellent host and communication. Highly recommend to anyone whether it’s your first time or have been. Will definitely book again :)

Such a beautiful Condo. Perfect for our family of 6 and accommodations were exactly as described in the listing. The resort is over the top. Pool was relaxing and the beach was spectacular! Food was great too. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch which was very convenient. We are already planning our next trip and would love to stay at Laura's place again.

I e stayed at here many times in the last two years this unit was by far one of the best I’ve stayed in. You won’t be disappointed at all it is one of my favorite locations in Cabo!! Also want to note in comparison the beds and bedding were incredible.

Amazing in every way. Laura was great and the Villa was incredible better than described. The pictures don’t do it justice, we will definitely be back. And would highly recommend to anyone who wants a first class experience.

Spacious, luxurious suite on the beautiful Medano beach, with a large balcony with ocean view. 10 minute walk or 3 minute ride from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina. You can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the beach. Resort has excellent facilities - pool, hot tubs, gym and pickleball courts.

We enjoyed our short stay at Laura’s place. The property is beautiful, the service was very friendly and attentive. The view from the unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Balcony is spacious with comfortable outdoor furniture. Laura was great with communication which we appreciated.
