It is situated just a few kilometers north of downtown Cabo San Lucas, offering a more residential and quieter environment compared to the bustling tourist areas near the marina and beach.
El Tezal is well-connected by road to other areas in Cabo San Lucas, and many residents rely on Ubers or Taxis for getting around. While there are some public transportation options, having a vehicle is generally recommended for the best convenience but definitely not neccessary.

Beautiful condo, stocked with every amenity you can think of! Very clean, check-in easy. Only 10 minutes to town. Neighbor had dogs that barked. Otherwise it was perfect!
Our stay was absolutely amazing. The place was truly beautiful—everything was thoughtfully designed and felt both modern and incredibly homey. It was also very spacious, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time there. The pictures do not do it justice! One of the highlights was how peaceful and quiet it was. The views were stunning and created such a calming atmosphere throughout our stay. We also felt very safe, especially with the added security, which gave us extra peace of mind. The patio was a huge bonus—it had direct access to the pool, which made everything feel even more luxurious and convenient. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Sal was an exceptional host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was always available to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond, even kindly allowing us a later checkout, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my four day stay at your lovely home! the gated community was very quite and beautiful. The staff was quick and responsive if i asked for something I would have it without having to wait. This stay was (true Luxury) and I will definitely be back!
This place is wonderful. Great location with beautiful brand new and very clean units. Felt very safe here the staff was friendly and helpful. Salvador was amazing and handled any concerns right away and they were minor. Will definitely stay here again
