I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stayed with another family and traveled with our kids. The location was perfectly located so we never needed a car or to haul the kids far to find plenty of options for food and fun. The pool was beautiful and I loved having a full gym to work out in. The beach access was easy and not congested. Highly recommend!!!

The perfect getaway at The Hacienda Beach Club 1201 awaits you in this beautifully decorated 3 BD & 3 1/2 BA fully furnished condo on Medano Beach. The Villa also features one smaller bunk-room which includes a half bathroom. There is a total of 6 beds that sleep 8. The Residence offers a gourmet kitchen, ocean view main suite, large patios and flat-screen TVs throughout. Enjoy the views of Land's End and the Sea of Cortez with direct beach access to the only year-round swimmable beach in Cabo.
The master and second bedrooms both have luxurious king sized beds. The third bedroom features two elegant queen sized beds. All three bedrooms are complete with ample stone bathrooms and commodious wooden closets. In addition, there is a bunk room near the half bath and entry which allows for two additional guests. The residence can comfortably sleep eight.
This Villa has a terrace with arresting ocean views. It features lounging and dining areas, ideal for al fresco cocktails or meals. The terrace seamlessly merges with the living room by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, resulting in a single, harmonious, ocean breeze-infused space. The living room includes lush, comfortable furniture and an 85” flat screen TV with US satellite programming, complete with a surround sound system with outdoor speakers. There are 60” flat screen televisions in all three bedrooms. High-speed wireless Internet is included.
Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table for six, and following immediately, a luxurious granite island, ideal for an early cup of coffee or a light breakfast. The island complements the residence’s gourmet kitchen, which is fully-stocked with state-of-the-art appliances. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

We had an outstanding stay. The unit is spacious, well-designed, and set up perfectly for a group—everyone had their own space without ever feeling disconnected. The outdoor areas were a big plus for relaxing and dining. The location is hard to beat—easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Everything you need is right there. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and the overall experience felt seamless. You can tell this place is run professionally.
Room and property was beautiful. Unit was very spacious with each bedroom having lots privacy from the rest of the unit. Lots of outdoor decks/spaces in the unit for lounging and dinning. Host and Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. Location was perfect with grocery stores, restaurants and beach a few steps away. 10/10 would come back.
My group and I had such a wonderful time! From the check-in process to the check-out process, everyone was thoroughly impressed! The complementary welcome drinks and cold towels at check-in was unexpected, but was a great way to kick off the weekend! The golf-cart service to and from our unit was a wonderful touch. Our unit was great for a big group, and allowed everyone to have their own space. So glad we stayed here!
A beautiful resort and incredibly convenient location. Very close to the marina, and Medano beach restaurants, and at the same time, a very private setting.
