The condo had a spectacular view, was furnished perfectly, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was set for a really enjoyable 4 day visit. We loved the combination of the condo with a kitchen but the amenities of a resort. We will be back.

Room and property was beautiful. Unit was very spacious with each bedroom having lots privacy from the rest of the unit. Lots of outdoor decks/spaces in the unit for lounging and dinning. Host and Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. Location was perfect with grocery stores, restaurants and beach a few steps away. 10/10 would come back.

The condo itself deserves five stars: very clean, great beds, great kitchen very well equipped, comfortable, modern and with great patio doors. Outstanding views, sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, watching the Cruise boats come and go, very comfortable terrace, very nice outdoor furniture. Beautiful condo. Salvador has been of great help and was always quick to answer our requests : also five stars. Duara is a very nice and secure complex with a nice gym and a very nice pool, although with construction noises but there is construction everywhere in Los Cabos. Those noises will eventually come to an end. Unfortunatly, the condo is situated directly on a very busy and noisy road with heavy trafic like trucks, tractors, buses, dune buggies etc. all day long from early morning until after dark. The condo was announced as quiet, it is one reason we chose it. It is away from the crowd but it is not quiet at all. It really affected the quality of our 70-day stay. Otherwise it is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for my wife and I to stay with our 10 month old. The washer dryer and pool were a great bonus to the beach. Walking distance to surf shops and surf breaks for all levels, close to town although we were glad we rented a car. We certainly hope to stay here again!

Laura and Nick did a fantastic job communicating. The 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms was perfect for my family. Location is a dream if you want to be close to town/ harbor. The security and onsite employees were amazing. We hired a chef for 1 day and I highly recommend this idea. The view is to die for. I will absolutely be staying at this villa again.

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. Amazing pool and I really enjoyed the bbq grill! Also the best touch for me was the easy access charger behind the couch, which to me means they really thought about everything!
