Villa La Estancia 1304

Host was very attentive!

Our family of five, with three young adult children, loved staying in unit 1304!! We enjoied all of the indoor and outdoor space of the unit. The Resort, and our Villa, was extremely clean. The friendly staff works very hard to keep it that way. We enjoied the beach and swimming in the clear, clean, blue water. The location was excellent and the ammenities were great, especially since you can use the 2 sister resort ammenities as well! We hope to come back and stay in the future!

Everything was perfect. We grilled and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. Easy walk to the Sand Bar for a massage and to The Office for a fun lunch. So many restaurants on the attached sister properties to try. My kids aged 20-24 said the place was perfect. It’s a great balcony to overlook the pool or the ocean and very peaceful

Laura & Nick’s place was amazing! We truly loved it! The view and property was outstanding! Tons of space and absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return!

Had a great time with my family and girlfriend here! Great views, great weather (only rained 15 minutes the whole time we were there!), felt safe, great hotel staff, near a lot of nice restaurants and other quality hotels. Place was clean and had everything as described. Host was very quick to respond when needed. The only negative thing I could point to is that there was a ton of maintenance going on at La Estancia during our stay. Quite a bit of noise (drilling, jackhammering, landscaping, etc) and apparently September is always the month they do these repairs. Noise was only loud from 9:30a-3p at least. This interrupted a couple of mid-day naps, and I wish this was included in the listing. We would totally stay here again, just not during this maintenance month. Thanks!

Fantastic place to stay. Close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Villa la Estancia and hope to make it back. All questions and concerns were answered very timely and would recommend staying in this condo.

It was my husband and I with our daughters and their friends. The layout was perfect and spacious! Everything was beautiful on the grounds and pools. Staff was great and easy to use Uber to get in and out of town. Highly recommend this place. Sometimes cell service was spotty but what can you expect?

Beautiful property. The condo is in a wonderful location on the property and very well kept ,which I am very particular about. The service and attention from Maggie and Johnathan was spectacular upon booking and arrival. We loved the options on the property for entertainment and dining. Thank you for your hospitality and a wonderful stay!

Excellent as always.

Our first trip to Cabo and this was the perfect home to make our stay everything we could have dreamed of. Beautiful and exactly as the pictures. Laura was fabulous. Always helpful and responsive. Perfect location! I can’t say enough to express how thankful I am to have found this home for my daughters and granddaughters on our first visit. Thank you Laura for helping to make our vacation wonderful.

We usually stay in San Jose Del Cabo, but because we were traveling with young adults we wanted to be closer to the action in Cabo San Lucas, but did not want the "party hotel". Villa Las Estancia did not disappoint! The location was very convenient - walking distance to Mango Deck, the Office and our favorite The Sand Bar. The Villa exceeded our expectations and was absolutely gorgeous. The balcony was very big and had stunning views. Our host Laura was very responsive, helpful and provided clear instructions. We have stayed many places in Cabo and this is now one of our top favorites. We can not wait to return to Villa La Estancia! Thank you again to Laura and The Cabo Way!
