Hacienda Beach Club & Residences 1404

The property was incredible with amazing service, beautiful property and grounds, fantastic pool and beach amenities. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming! We felt right at home from the moment we stepped foot on the property.

We really enjoyed your home and the place was great. We really liked the large balcony and the large bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and it’s always nice having a full kitchen. If you want to be near the marina, this place is perfect. It's barely a 5 minute walk. We had 2 fishing trips leaving at 6:30am, so the close proximity to the marina was great. We brought our freshly caught fish to the restaurant and they prepared it for us for dinner. The chef really did a great job and the fish was amazing.

We had a great stay at this Cabo condo. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The concierge was responsive, and daily housekeeping was a huge plus - it made the stay feel easy and stress-free.The property itself is well maintained. The pool and pickleball courts were clean and well managed, with good security and clear rules that kept things organized. Pool and beach service were excellent, and we had no trouble getting beach chairs with umbrellas each day. Pool chairs can go quickly on busy days, so getting there earlier helps.The location is convenient - you can walk a few blocks to grocery stores and restaurants, which we really liked. This unit is in the last building, so it’s a bit of a walk to the main pool, but the Hacienda team was always happy to drive us in a golf cart.The only downside was the noise from Mango Deck Restaurant & Beach Club. Music starts late morning and can go until late at night (sometimes around 1 AM), and you can hear it from the balcony and inside the unit. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a quieter environment. That said, our kids enjoyed the energy and beachside activity.Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great service and amenities - just know it comes with a lively atmosphere.

We have been visiting Hacienda Beach Club Residences since 2008, and this is our second time renting from Nick and Laura. Both experiences have been excellent. The property offers amazing views, a perfect location, and easy access to nightlife while still providing an upscale, relaxing atmosphere. The services are outstanding, including cleaning, room service, car service, and concierge. Nick and Laura are wonderful hosts—very accommodating, professional, and kind. Thank you both

I’m not sure what to rate the highest. The condo is absolutely stunning, the location cannot be beat, and all of the services at the resort are top notch. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hacienda residence. The unit is beautiful and has an amazing view of the water. The owners and all the staff at Hacienda is very accommodating and helpful as well. The location is great too—close to downtown and walking distance to many fun restaurants. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Very convenient access to the marina. The south gate of the beach club is right next to the marina, restaurants, shopping, and activities. Hacienda Beach Club is a perfect place to unwind and be taken care of by caring and ambitious hosts/emplyees of the club.

Room was very spacious and clean with wonderful view of the ocean. Three bathrooms was a plus when traveling with teens. Overall property is well-appointed with spa, large workout room, great service at pool and beach set-up. Appreciated proximity of amenities to each building. Walking distance to many restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Phenomenal stay. The pictures don’t do justice to the view, the entire residence is immaculate, and Hacienda might be the best resort in Cabo. Laura and Nick were responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet, calm vibe, this place is for you. We look forward to returning again soon!

Hacienda Beach Club and Residences is an oasis in Cabo San Lucas. Adjacent to the marina and the associated night life but secure and protected. Our view was amazing. We loved to watch the boats come and go from the marina all day. Mostly, we walked to dinner as there are many restaurants close by. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook breakfast most days. There is a grocery story in the luxury mall near by as well as a WalMart where you can get sunscreen, water, wine, eggs etc. This was a fantastic vacation.

Hacienda Beach club is a great place to stay and Laura’s place was absolutely beautiful with a great view. It was very clean and we would like to stay there again.

the property is one of our all time favorites, exactly as pictured, beautiful and convenient.

Laura’s place is extremely clean (and I am very very picky about cleanliness), well decorated, has comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels, etc. Felt right at home! Pictures are very accurate. Nice views of water. Also, if you need airport transfer, definitely use Cheke. Laura recommended them and they were great.

Beautiful place with wraparound views in a perfect location. We come to Cabo often and love staying at Hacienda Beach Club and this unit was ideal. Laura was a wonderful, responsive host. Will definitely book again!
