This newly remodeled 3BD/2.5BA 6th floor Penthouse style condo at One Medano Beach Resort is located 200 Meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo (Medano Beach) and across the street from the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is home to world class shops and restaurants. It is one block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk around the neighborhood you will find many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and a ton of beach activities.

 

This Penthouse Style unit is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 6th floor and is approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the main and 2nd bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has beautiful city views with a small balcony to view the city lights at night.

 

The first-floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.

 

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.

 

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It's known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land's End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It's a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it's a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

- A car in not needed to get around downtown Cabo. Most

places are a 5/10 minute walk.

 

Pro tip: (1) The Corazon Resort next door (literally) offers a day pass for 800 pesos per person, (could be more different some times of the year) which gives you access to their pools and facilities. The best part? You get the full amount back as credit to spend on food and drinks at the pool or restaurants. (2) If you spend US $30 with the spa next-door on the first floor of the hotel, you get access to their beach cabanas for the full day and all the pools. The $30 does not apply to food and beverage though. 2 great options if you want the resort feel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here with my children! The location truly couldn’t be better! Just steps from the beach with an amazing view, and so close to some of the best restaurants in the area. We would walk at night to our favorite spots to eat! It was incredibly convenient to be able to walk to places like Walmart for quick groceries, and anything else was just a short Uber ride away. Also a quick walk to the marina! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the hosts were gracious, easy to communicate with, and very responsive throughout our stay. They also helped coordinate our transportation to and from the airport, which made everything even easier. Overall, such a memorable experience for our family, we will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place and great location. Quick walk to beach and marina area. Definitely recommend doing a pool day at the Corazon resort right next door for a reasonable fee.

Had a great time at this rental. Great location that is only a block from the beach, a couple blocks from some amazing restaurants, and about 3 blocks from the marina. Large kitchen and bar area with plenty of dinner/glassware. Nice feature to be able to completely open sliding doors to the patio space. Could use a handyman for a couple days. There were a few items that needed some maintenance. Dryer sounds like it's on it's last leg. Also, the last morning of our trip we had no water. We had an early flight, so it didn't effect us too much, but it was unfortunate. Aside from the water issue and some items that needed some minor maintenance, the place was very nice and in great location.
