Very nice property in a great location! The host was also very accessible and responsive. WiFi is quite slow & inconsistent, but it’s MX so you can’t expect T1 speed. Also, nly one TV had a Fire stick, so couldn’t watch TV in any of the bedrooms because we don’t have subscription to any international streaming services. All in all, we had a great time in a great place!!

Our family of 5 had a great stay and enjoyed being able to walk to stores, restaurants, activities, and beach. Beautiful place with a fantastic view and hosts were very helpful and responsive. Watching fireworks from deck on New Years Eve was a highlight!

Incredible place! Beautiful, wide open, luxurious. Short walk from a lively beach as well as the marina with plenty of restaurants. The hosts and concierge are very responsive and accommodating. We definitely want to come back and stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views were beautiful and the location couldn’t be better—close to great restaurants, beaches, and things to do, yet still quiet and peaceful. A special shout-out to Jonathan, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation and answering any questions we had. His responsiveness made everything so easy. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property and it's exactly how it looks and described. Even Better. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, the beach, and the Marina or downtown Cabo. The sunrise's and sunsets are spectacular from out on the deck or inside the house looking through the wall of sliding doors. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back again.

​We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in the Medano Beach area of Cabo! The layout was perfect — spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and waking up to that incredible ocean view every morning was such a treat. We especially loved drinking coffee on the large balcony while watching the waves and activity along the beach. The staff were wonderful and even helped arrange a massage, which was so nice and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better — a short, easy walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. Everything was spotless and well cared for. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo!

The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking — we spent every morning and evening enjoying it! The space itself was incredibly comfortable and well thought-out. The beds were super cozy, and the entire condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From beach gear to kitchen essentials, it really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Location was great, the check-in process was easy and the communication was immediate, there was never any weight to get a call back or a text returned. That was excellent.

Very walkable area close enough to the beach and bars downtown! The place was secure and better than the pictures. Better than staying at an all inclusive and will be looking to stay here next time I come to Cabo! Hosts were friendly and helpful

The condo was just as described, beautiful and clean, it provided everything you needed from cookware to beach necessities. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, we absolutely loved it and would stay there again.

This place was even better than described, and the host responds within minutes anytime we had a question. Beautiful property, and just a 5-minute walk down the hill puts you right on Medano beach. Really nice furniture and an individual AC unit in every room keep things perfectly comfortable. Pro tip: The Corazon Resort next door (literally) offers a day pass for 800 pesos per person, (could be more different times of the year) which gives you access to their pools and facilities. The best part? You get the full amount back as credit to spend on food and drinks at the pool or restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent my 30th birthday at the house and had the best time. The hosts helped us organize airport transportation and a private chef. Only feedback I have is that the AC was a bit tough to work and needed to have a technician come in to make sure the place stayed cold. I’d recommend including clear instructions for guests next time. I would absolutely stay here next time I come with a group. Location was phenomenal, stunning views and beautiful space.

Laura was incredibly helpful, and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It had great views and a fantastic open floor plan! The location was also great, just a 7-minute walk to Medano Beach, which had restaurants, a mall, and the Marina nearby.

The property it self is beautifully decorated and is located in a prime location. Walking distance to stores, market, and marina. Host provides everything that you might need for the spacious kitchen and other amenities like towels, hats , and bags for the pool.I would have rated this property 5 stars we had a few issues with this property. The water was cut off and the AC was not working properly for the majority of the trip. The property mgt & Host are very responsive and I would definitely stay here again. We understand that stuff happens. We just happened to encounter those inconveniences.

This condo was amazing! Someone helped us into the condo on the first day and showed all the essential settings and gave us helpful tips for staying in Cabo. The ocean views are lovely! We sat on the spacious patio often and enjoyed our time! You have everything you need in the condo to go to beach for the day, as well as supplies for cooking, staying in, entertaining, etc. Laura and her team were super responsive. When we left something behind, Laura was very helpful in getting it back to us the next day. Checking out was easy as well. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Medano Beach (5 min. walk), as well as restaurants, the marina, etc. The building is safe and quiet. The condo offers much more than a hotel room or resort stay! We would recommend this place anytime!

The place was very clean and in a great condition. Everything was communicated well and Jonathan was a great help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in an amazing location.

Very nice condo on the 6th floor of a condo building. The condo has a great view of the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for. Jonathon, our concierge, was attentive and provided several tips to enjoy our stay. The unit is close to Walmart, shopping, the harbour and only a few min walk from the beach. The beach is a close walk (3-5 min) and they left all the amenities you would need for a nice day out including beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Highly recommend!! Would love to rent this again.

We definitely recommend staying in Laura's condo. The check-in and -out process was very easy, the location is ideal, and the condo is everything it looks like in the pictures and more! Laura and Jonathan were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. 5 stars.

This condo was fantastic for our group of 6 girls. The coordination upon arrival was great, we were greeted promptly and given a tour of the unit with direct text access to the property manager of the building. The inside was just as pictured. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well as the beds. Water pressure amazing. AC was great and we loved having breakfast on the patio with the ocean view. Location to Marina, clubs, and restaurants was all within 5 minutes. No complaints at all about our stay. Would definitely book this place again!

Stayed here with my girlfriends and the place itself was beautiful. Very clean with everything you need. The location was great too. We felt safe and we were very close to the marina. Our host was very attentive and responsive. They greeted us as soon as we got there. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful unit in a great location close to medano and Marina and lots of restaurants. Spacious kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds and bedding. Fully stocked if you’re planning on cooking. Enjoyed our stay and our host.

We enjoyed our stay at this very safe condo. Laura arranged private travel from and to the airport and we would definitely take this again. It is located conveniently between the beach activities (sometimes loud) and the marina (tons of restaurants and shopping). These are all within walking distance, but the condo is on a hill so keep that in mind. Groceries and Walmart are about a 5-7 min walk. We never felt unsafe while walking around even at night. The condo had everything we needed and the views were great. Jonathan was amazing arranging fishing and a few outings. He was always making sure we were okay with the arrangements and if needed anything. We would not hesitate in staying again.

Amazing location, beautiful condo and view!!!!!

This Condo was exceptional in every way! The pictures online are beautiful, but once you walk in it’s WOW! My family of 6 went to Cabo for my Granddaughter’s 21st BDay. We could not have found a more perfect place for all of us to celebrate & just chill. Every inch of Condo is stunning. It’s decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable! The Views were incredible off the ultra large balcony in front & side balcony off 2nd Bedroom. It was spotless when we arrived and we got in right at check in 4:00. This condo is within a 4-5 minute walk to anything type need, groceries, shops, restaurants & of course the main beach. Laura had everything you could need to take chairs, umbrellas & towels to go lay at beach. I’ve been to Cabo many times, always stayed at a resort. That will never happen again. I will come back to this condo. It’s literally perfect! Laura was very responsive if we had any questions. She gave us lists of places & things do. Our favorite new place! Thank you to ALL❤️

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas week 2024. The apartment was spectacular and just as listed. Everything we needed was there and plenty of room for all six of us (mom, dad and 4 twenty somethings). No need to rent a car, all of Cabo is a short walk away. Beach, marina, grocery store, even a Walmart are just a few blocks away. Host was extremely helpful and answered any questions or requests immediately. The concierge was very helpful and handled some activity bookings for us and was there when our lost luggage arrived while we were out to dinner on Christmas! We would book it again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The unit interiors and large private outdoor terrace overlooking the water are spectacular. Can't beat the location- walking distance to incredible shopping and dining. The beds are also very comfortable! Staying here was the best decision for our first time in Cabo. Thank you Laura and Jonathan, we hope to visit Cabo and stay again soon!

Our stay at Laura’s place was even better than expected. The photos did not do it justice as we were stunned upon entering her space! The location is so amazing as you have the marina in a two minute walk and also Medano beach and all the clubs/restaurants the other way. We felt safe, comfortable and can’t wait to stay again. Stayed at this condo for a week for the Bisbee Black and Blue fishing tournament. Very nice accommodations, great location, easy check in/check out, great view from the patio. Would definitely stay there on future trips!

What a beautiful space this unit was. Plenty of room, nice decor and located perfectly in Cabo close to the marina and Médano beach. If you are looking for a spacious, 3 bedroom in Cabo this is the place!

What can I say about this place but wow! Even better than the pictures and Laura was so incredibly helpful! She provided us with great food recommendations and transportation ideas, and responded very quickly if we had any questions during our stay. She also has everything you could need - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a coffee maker + coffee, all types of bar glasses, shampoo, conditioner, body wash plus the water in the condo is filtered…I know there are things I am missing but she has truly EVERYTHING you can think of. The beds are very comfy, and the primary bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have views of the ocean when you wake up. The building also does not have very many condos, so we had the hot tub to ourselves both nights we stayed in, and it was wonderful! Truly could not say enough good things about this place or Laura. We will definitely be back!

Laura's unit was perfect in every way! Beautifully furnished, clean and very comfy beds. We are a family of six and it met all of our needs. The location is within walking distance to Medano beach and so many great restaurants, which is one of the reasons we selected this Penthouse unit. Our stay was nothing less than amazing. Laura answered all my questions. Greeted us and showed us around when we got there. The place is beautiful and so comfortable. The view is perfect and the location can’t be beat. It is a block from the beach. The beds were so comfortable. All the towels for the beach were provided along with chairs and umbrella. We could not have asked for more. We have been coming to Cabo for 24 years and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. Laura checked on us halfway through the stay to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place. I would not hesitate booking this location. BUT the Construction upstairs will be the death of you in the morning. A jackhammer at 7:00AM is not fun. However if you have a few extra bucks, buy the workers some beer and they will stop for you. Our host was super sweet, accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely rent again from her.

Phenomenal apartment perfect for a group of 3-6. Ideal location, unbeatable views, recently remodeled. Can't say enough good things about this space, my group was sad to leave it at the end of our trip.
