Imagine only 25 steps from the building to the pool, 5 more to the beach and who counts after that.
This 1 BR/1BA condo has been totally redecorated and is now ready for your long walks on the beach, whale watching and when the waves are kicking up one of the best surf breaks in all of Los Cabos right outside your patio door. Steps from the famed Costa Azul Surfing and Zippers Restaurant. Surf fishing right out the back gate. If you want to travel with another couple, our other condo Mira Vista 8 is only a wave and a nod away.
With no roads to cross, no crowds and only a vendor or two throughout the day its peaceful, tranquil, mesmerizing sunup to sundown. A week can clear your mind, a month can feed your soul, imagine what a season could do!!

Walk, Uber, bus or rent a car. You only need to rent a car if you want to explore the area.
Upon your arrival:
- If you're coming from San Jose del Cabo or the International Airport you must turn around under the Costa Azul bridge and Mira Vista Condominiums will be on the right hand side after Advanced Cabo Dentistry. You will see the gate to the left of the dentist office.
- If you're coming from Cabo, Mira Vista Condominiums is on the right side immediately after the Costa Azul bridge. Look for Advanced Cabo Dentistry and we're the gate to the left of that.

Great condo for a peaceful and beautiful stay. We loved walking the beach, watching the surfers and soaking up the sun. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels were great amenities. Easy walk to several restaurants and a pretty easy walk to downtown if you are open to walking a few miles. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Loved our stay and will do it again!
We love the location. It was fantastic. We love that it wasn’t a huge complex and very quiet. Had been in Mexico City for a week so having a washer and dryer was fantastic.Nothing but good things to say. really enjoyed ourselves. thank you.

Amazing low key get away location! All accommodations will meet your needs. Pool, beach view and beach access literally just steps away. And you will see the most incredible sunrises right from the balcony. Easy to Uber between Cabo and San Jose. We got to hang out on the beach whale and dolphin watching. Thank you so much for everything we felt like home.
We had a wonderful stay at this small, quiet condo complex. The description of the condo was completely accurate—everything was just as pictured and explained in the listing, which we really appreciated. Laura was incredibly easy work with and very responsive from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, Elaine was great—she was very thorough in going over everything with us and made sure we felt comfortable and informed about the property. This is definitely not a party scene, which was perfect for us. The complex has more of a retired-age community feel, so it’s peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is an ideal spot. The views were absolutely amazing, and the sunrises were awesome—such a beautiful way to start each day. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy and convenient to grab a meal without needing to drive.
Unit was well appointed. Great view and location near downtown. This is a place for adults who want to relax and not party loudly.
This condo has a beautiful beachfront location. We loved waking up every day to see the ocean and the whales. It is well stocked - kitchen stuff, laundry detergent, etc, which was greatly appreciated. The downside is the proximity of the building to the main highway. There is a lot of traffic noise and this was likely made worse by major road construction several kms away that was causing a great deal of congestion on the road.
