Villa La Estancia 2402

It was just like the listing presented. The only thing was at check out had to pay some extra fees such as sanitation fees which wasn’t mentioned at time of booking but other than that the place was beautiful.

Perfect set-up for two couples. Large, private sleeping quarters, comfy beds, great shower water pressure and a huge central space. The deck was spacious with incredible views. Staff at Villa La Estancia couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. On-site food choices weren’t great, but so many fabulous restaurants within a very quick drive. Very enjoyable stay.

This property is exactly like you see in the photos, it is gorgeous. The view of medano beach is absolutely stunning, and because the condo is set back further away from the pools etc, it is very quiet. The grounds were immaculately kept and the water fountains provided a nice white noise. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the option of AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked, but it could use more cutlery. Nick and Laura provided prompt and clear communication throughout the whole process. Estancia as a property was kept immaculately clean and well maintained and all staff were polite and respectful. In addition to a market, pharmacy, gift shop, and ice cream shop. There is a medical centre, doctor and EMT on site. Villa de Estancia clients receive 24 hr medical care. I required this service, and received prompt efficient care. They hand delivered one of my prescriptions to my condo. Amazing care!

This place is perfect! It was hard to imagine that the pictures in the listing were “really that scenic”. However, no joke! It is centered in the middle of the property with nothing in the way of perfection! The accommodations were immaculate! The location to the bustling beach life was a 10 minute walk down the beach yet right outside La Estancia was so peaceful (minus the nuisance of the beach vendors that are impossible to avoid anywhere on the beach)! We surprised our early 20 year old kids with this holiday get-away! Each of us enjoyed it equally and would return to Laura and Nick’s property again!

We loved our stay! The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The pool, beach and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to get to restaurants and activities. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

This location is an absolute gem!! I thought for sure the first photo with the backdrop of El Arco had to be slightly photoshopped… it’s not. 😉 view was amazing and looks just like the photos. Villa la estancia is a beautiful resort. Staff is very kind, and a BNB where you still get room service. 5 stars! Amazing stay. Looking forward to the next trip!

The location is perfect, away from the city, but close enough that it’s a quick uber to town. The views were fantastic, and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were attentive, and our anniversary dinner was amazing.

The condo and location Are amazing, the staff is super pleasant to deal with, the views from the condo and the pool are impressive and the commutation was excellent from minute one. Perfect condo for a couple or the whole family. Thank you!!

We've been coming to Villa La Estancia for 23 years and stayed in multiple units. This unit is in an excellent location and very nicely maintained.

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated! It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the tasteful decor made it feel extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept wonderfully each night. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee while enjoying the stunning ocean view—the unit is set back just enough from the pool to feel peaceful and private. The property manager was kind, patient, and very helpful in answering all our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we might choose a location a bit closer to town.

My husband, 2 teens and I had absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious, incredible view and very comfy beds. Super clean too! The service from check-in to grounds keepers to the servers at the pool was top-notch~ everyone was beyond nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was possibly our best Airbnb experience. If anything, this home/resort is better than described. The rooms are huge and soundproof with comfortable furniture and the best stocked kitchen imaginable. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estancia!! The condo was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The best part was the deck it was a breathtaking view and plenty of seats for our family to relax read or have coffee. The property is pristine there was plenty of seats at the pool and beach and the service is top notch. Laura was quick to answer our questions and arrange transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend whale watching and visiting flora farms. We also did a cooking class which was a family favorite. Cabo is beautiful people are friendly and food is delicious. We felt very at home and safe. Would recommend grocery store as opposed to market which is really expensive. Also Uber is much cheaper than taxis to Cabo san Jose. Cant wait to return!

We had a phenomenal, relaxing, fulfilling vacation. The home is spacious, very clean and so comfortable. The view is spectacular, the pool and beach area are so easy to slip into immediate relaxation. We also enjoyed the walk to restaurants, beach spots and took full advantage of the hosts' recommendations. Laura is responsive, friendly and made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this place and we're already planning for our next stay!

Each room had its own thermostat, which was perfect for our group, allowing everyone to set the ideal temperature. The location was also unbeatable, with easy walking access to the beach and town. By day one, the staff greeted us by name, making us feel incredibly welcome and at home. A special shout-out to Laura, the property manager, who was amazing—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help. She answered our questions with ease and offered fantastic recommendations, enhancing our overall experience. The level of service was top-notch, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We’re already looking forward to our next stay—this condo will definitely be our go-to in Cabo!

This is our second time visiting Laura’s property and we had another great vacation here in Cabo San Lucas. The property is amazing! The place is as advertised with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and an amazing patio with a view of Lands End. So relaxing to view each morning. The surrounding facilities are fantastic with the pools, access to the beach, gym and pool bar. Looking forward to returning again! So easy to access all the dining and hot spots…highly recommend!

Definetly as described everything was great we had a great time everything was walkable distance the beach the restaurants, definitely will come back for a longer stay .

Great location, condo was clean, view was beautiful. Staff at the resort were very nice. Highly recommend an excursion with The Three Brothers who are stationed right on the beach out front. We will be back!
