A wonderful view of the ocean, sunsets and whales

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo very much. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, and the grounds and pool are nicely landscaped. The seating and the bed were comfortable. Our communication and time with Elaine was excellent. She gave helpful restaurant and grocery store recommendations and was quick to assist us when we struggled with the door lock which could use some attention.

The place was amazing! Clean right on the beach, great sunrises through the patio window. Couldn't ask for more from the actual place. (Only issue is the bathroom.) The bathroom is beautiful, and yet so unfunctional. A "rainfall" shower head, which delivers the feeling of a light mist or sprinkle. Nice, unless, heaven forbid, you want to rinse shampoo out of your hair. (And I'm almost bald). This trend of half walls and open showers is annoying, even without any water pressure from the "rain" shower head water still gets all over the floor making it a great slip hazard. The rocks on the bottom of the stall is also very pretty, but elderly or unbalanced, or just a normal person would greatly appreciate a flat surface in the shower. There is parking! The bed & home are so cumfy. Yes, there is a little traffic noise, but everything on the coast has that, that's where the highway is! But enough of that! The grounds are amazing and very well kept. The place is wonderful and we loved it.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Laura and Nicks! Very relaxing and the view was amazing! We enjoyed that we had walking access to the beach. The host Elaine was very welcoming and friendly! Laura and Nick very friendly and fast responding to our questions! We definitely recommend anyone to book with them! We will Definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

The place had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied.

What an amazing stay! The room, the view, the responsiveness, the onsite contact, the extraordinary support and extra mile they went to be there for us during our stay! Accidentally locked something in the safe and they went above and beyond and quickly solved our issue. I left a belonging behind and they have cooardinated it being returned to me in a different country and thousands of miles away!!! I want to stay here again just because of how well they took care of me, but the room and location align in that strong of a match, I have to! Will be back! Incredible! Thank you thank you!

This condo had the perfect location, steps away from the pool or the ocean. We enjoyed the BBQ on our private balcony and our dinners with beautiful views to the grounds and water. The accommodations had everything you need to relax and enjoy with a very well appointed kitchen, bathroom and even beach chairs and umbrella for beach days! Our host Elaine meet us at the entrance, gave us an overview of the unit and surroundings and was available if needed. Mira Vista is a 5 minute walk to Zippers Restaurant and to a convenience store for a few staples in between larger grocery shops and a 15 minute walk down the beach to Mama Mia’s. Highly recommended and look forward to our return visit!

The place is exactly like the photos. You cannot get more peaceful and private :) exactly what me and my partner were looking for. We left reenergized and refreshed. Easy access to the beach, and everything is perfect. Elaine is a phenomenal on site host and she was amazing with check in/out, local recommendations, general advice and much more! We cannot wait to come back :)

The view of the pool & ocean is beautiful. The condo is in a relatively small development with many full time residents. The unit itself was very comfortable

Enjoyed our stay in this super cute condo. View is fabulous and the sunrises are marvelous. Condo property is quiet and full of lots of greenery. Has everything you might for a comfortable stay. If you rent a car there is a designated spot. You do however have to get out of the car to open the gate, park the car then walk back up to the gate to close it. The description states there is a short flight of stairs to the condo. No mention of the short flight down before you get to a longer flight up to the condo. Just a heads up if you have any sort of disability. These few things would not stop us from coming back again.

Great location and complex. I love it and have stayed before. Based on other spots was quite expensive at 225 a night over priced!

I just returned from a solo, five-day sanity break at Laura and Nick’s condo—and all I can say is: mission accomplished!The photos you see are 100% accurate. This is a beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, safe, and peaceful one-bedroom unit with breathtaking views. It’s exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need.A special shout-out to Elaine, the upstairs neighbor and manager, whose warmth and hospitality made the stay even better.This was an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.A few local recommendations:Bröd Co. Artisan Bakery & CaféJust across the street—an easy walk. Friendly café with great coffee and a solid breakfast menu.Zippers Bar & GrillA short walk up the beach. The staff is friendly, but cocktails are mediocre and the American-style food is uninspired. That said, their breakfast is actually pretty tasty.Pescadito BreakRight next door to Zippers. A far better café with warm service, creative cocktails, and really good food.ResortPass at the ViceroyOn the pricier side (200, with 100 credited toward food and drinks), but absolutely worth it. Incredible pools, private beach access, comfortable chaises, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! If you’re looking for a side of Cabo that is quieter and more relaxing this is definitely a solid option. It felt like the beach was mostly empty despite it being well into summer. We enjoyed bringing the chairs and umbrella and sitting on the beach or by the pool. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a more swimmable beach a short uber away (this beach like many in Cabo has a strong current/waves). The condo itself was great and as expected!

Beautiful place to relax and watch the waves while healing from dental surgery. Can’t wait to come back.

Laura and Nick’s place looks just like the pictures and is a great place to stay in a quiet condo. We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach to watch the surfers. The condo had everything we needed.

My partner and I stayed at the villa for a week and had the most amazing holiday. The apartment had everything we needed; blender, beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo etc The view from the balcony is spectacular and we very much enjoyed watching the surfers throughout the day. San Jose town is only a 10-15 minute Uber away and there are a few great restaurants walking distance. Everyone in the complex was incredibly friendly and helpful, we hope to return next year!

The place was exactly as depicted. Elaine lives on property and met us for check in and reached out several times to make sure that we were happy and didn't need anything. I have two comments: There is a gate to the property that you have to get out of your car to open. It's a minor hassle however it does give you a sense of security. The road noise is fairly loud during the day. It wasn't too bad at night but daytime trucks driving by were noticeable. We ate at Zippers a couple of times and enjoyed it very much. Live music, good food and right on the beach. We also enjoyed watching the stingrays jumping and whales doing their thing just offshore. The view was remarkable.

This is a very nice place. Right on the beach. Great pool. Walking distance to some great restaurants and a surf school.

A peaceful week beachside at Laura’s place was absolutely wonderful. We wanted to wake up and not have to get in the car and this location provided maximum relaxation! Comfortable bed, ample amenities and easy check-in and access to everything.

We had such a wonderful stay. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. The condominium complex was well maintained, quiet, peaceful, and located on a fabulous beach. We loved our private balcony for watching the sunrise and enjoying the view of the ocean. The beach was steps away and was swimmable- something which is not a given for the area. We loved the location. There were a few restaurants within walking distance otherwise an uber ride would come within a minute or two. We had a friendly welcome and introduction to everything when we arrived to make sure we were well oriented. We would highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our choice of this property! Costa Azul beach is very chill and unassuming. The view from the balcony was spectacular!! Enjoyed watching the whales, surfers, people, and dogs! The condo met all our needs for a 3 week stay. We regularly cooked, grilled, and did laundry. Very convenient! Decor was cute and comfortable. Great bed - we slept well! The community was quiet, friendly, and respectful with the pool and grounds, well kept. Went to the pool a few times but prefer the beach so the towels, chairs, and umbrella supplied were used frequently. Our onsight hosts were delightful! Very responsive, helpful, and fun to visit with :) Love this location as it is close to groceries and not far from downtown San Jose (a must see). An easy and affordable Uber ride if you don't have a car. A couple good restaurants you can walk to on the beach as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo on the beach with a few fun restaurants and bars. Would recommend

We have been coming to this area of San Jose for years. Our stay at this condo was great and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the ease of both check in and out and our host was accommodating. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for great days enjoying the beach. The property is small with a lovely, quiet community. We would love to go back.

On the beach, lovely sunrises, just what we needed. Not fancy, but nice, clean, everything we needed or wanted.

Highly recommend! You are greeted by Elaine at check-in to go through the condo and provide recommendations. It was a 10min drive/Uber to San Jose to enjoy the Art Walk and all the great restaurants. The beach was free of crowds and clean, with minimal vendors. It is an owner occupied building - the complex is in great condition and the pool and gardens were tended to daily. This unit is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing vacation but in close proximity to plenty to do. Would definitely return!

The cohost Elaine was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was wonderful: the apartment was clean; the view was incredible every morning we saw the rising sun over the ocean; the sound of the waves was so relaxing and allowed for peaceful sleep; the nearness of the beach provided for relaxing walks; overall fantastic experience. Laura's place was lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean and great access to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and the neighbors were all very friendly. I look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Laura’s place is cozy, clean and stocked with many necessities. Located in between San Jose and Los Cabos on the Costa Azul known for surfing. Great sunrises and amazing stars at night from your balcony. Close to lots of wonderful restaurants most within walking distance. Laura is always attentive and gives excellent recommendations for transportation and activities. We love Laura’s place and hope to visit again soon!

Laura reminded me why I so much more prefer to stay with a private host than a corporate one. There’s such a huge difference in energy, homeyness, communication, etc. Laura’s place is in a quiet, small, gated condo property with the most magical of view of the beach. The unit is older but has been modernized and was very clean. The bed was amazing. Laura provides everything you need for the beach and everything you need to make her place her home. A special thanks to neighbor Elaine for her hospitality.

Laura’s condo was everything you want in a great vacation rental. Located near everything you need in San José del Cabo, we felt at home in this beautiful spot right on Costa Azul. Everyone in the complex was extremely friendly and helpful, giving you a true insider experience into Los Cabo’s life. We’d stay here anytime!

What a fantastic Location! This one bedroom condo is so close to the beach that you can watch the surfers from your patio while drinking your coffee in the mornings. The kitchen has everything that you need but the town of San Jose Del Cabo is so close why not just go out to eat. There are also several Restaurants on the beach within walking distance. The grocery stores are close and have everything you need. If you are planning on watching Tv the channel selection is great (Netflex, YouTube and many more) or if you are using the internet it is as good or better than what I have at home. Elaine meet us when we arrived and explained everything to us. We will be returning.

A hidden gem right on the beach! This Airbnb is an oasis of relaxation and peace. The serene atmosphere, cleanliness, and quiet surroundings created the absolute perfect setting. Plus an epic surf break right in front, what more can you ask for!If you're looking to decompress and unwind, this spot checks all the boxes. Highly recommend! Condominium it`s perfect for rest and be disconected; i spent quality time with my father, there is a kitchen with all items ti cook, and a gas charbroiled so we prepare some barbacues enyoing the an ocean view. The beach and waves is perfect to surf or learn how to surf, there is a surfing school close from condos. The bed is very comfortable with very clean sheets, so we rest very well. The condos location is close from San Jose del Cabo downtown and the mall "del pescador" there are art galleries, nice restaurants and shops. My hosts Laura and Elaine were at all moment available at any need, but i didn`t needed because all was perfect. Also thanks to Elaine that is very friendly and hus feel like home. MiraVista Condo for two persons, the best place at Cabo, on the Costa Azul beach, (just close at the bus stop or Advanced Dentistry) . Those are the word codes to locate immediately the condo location. See you soon!
