Perfect and peaceful beachfront condo on a great surf break; two surf rental shops to choose from. Loved that the condo had a small cooler, two beach chairs and an umbrella. Only downside was some road noise from the bedroom, so best to bring ear plugs or a sound machine if you require white noise to drown out the highway. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking; TVs had apps for movies and world cup games. We’ll be back!

This 1 BR/1BA condo has been totally redecorated and is now ready for your long walks on the beach, whale watching and when the waves are kicking up one of the best surf breaks in all of Los Cabos right outside your patio door. Steps from the famed Costa Azul Surfing and Zippers Restaurant. Surf fishing right out the back gate.
With no roads to cross, no crowds and only a vendor or two throughout the day its peaceful, tranquil, mesmerizing sunup to sundown. A week can clear your mind, a month can feed your soul, imagine what a season could do!!

Walk, Uber, bus or rent a car. You only need to rent a car if you want to explore the area.
Upon your arrival:
- If you're coming from San Jose del Cabo or the International Airport you must turn around under the Costa Azul bridge and Mira Vista Condominiums will be on the right hand side after Advanced Cabo Dentistry. You will see the gate to the left of the dentist office.
- If you're coming from Cabo, Mira Vista Condominiums is on the right side immediately after the Costa Azul bridge. Look for Advanced Cabo Dentistry and we're the gate to the left of that.

We truly enjoyed our quiet stay at Mira Vista. From meals on the patio overlooking the ocean, to relaxing in the pool, this is a little piece of paradise. Starting on Costa Azul was an extra treat.
This condo was absolutely perfect. The space was quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, not to mention the surroundings - beautiful pool, easy beach access, and lots of activities right outside our door (surfing, fishing, etc.). Laura was quick to respond with any questions and we ended up returning for an extra night because we were so pleased with the accommodations. We hope to visit this same spot again soon.
We had a wonderful time here. The condo had everything we needed. A beautiful view, beach access, pool access, walkable to delicious restaurants, a friendly host. They even had a beach umbrella, chairs, a beach bag and hat —- and I’m so thankful because we left ours at home. We had a beautiful sunrise in the mornings and gorgeous sunsets and moonrises in the evenings. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for my wife and I to stay with our 10 month old. The washer dryer and pool were a great bonus to the beach. Walking distance to surf shops and surf breaks for all levels, close to town although we were glad we rented a car. We certainly hope to stay here again!
