From the booking process to the views, amenities, location and concierge services, you couldn’t ask for a better place. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cabo.

Would absolutely stay here again. We had trouble with the hot water a few times but we were able to reset it each time…the host was very helpful as well. We wish we could have stayed longer! Never enough time in Cabo!

We stayed ar the beautiful condo while we were in Cabo for a wedding. It was a peaceful retreat away from all of the noise that can come with downtown Cabo. Hosts were very responsive and even arranged transportation back to airport for us. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay Laura and Nick's unit. It was exactly as described in the listing. The view of the ocean from the condo is spectacular, especially at dawn. The Pedregal neighborhood is secure and quiet. There was virtually no noise from any of the adjacent units. A property manager met us at the unit for check-in. He was responsive to our text messages when we encountered minor issues in the unit. We would gladly stay in this listing again if we ever return to Cabo.

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable beds, great view - loved seeing the cruise ships in the harbour and fireworks. The condo is very well equipped and has all the amenities and supplies anyone needs to cook their own meals. They had plenty of fluffy bath and beach towels. Bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella they offered, as we were at the beaches a lot. The location is high in the mountain so not easy for us to walk down into Cabo because we are seniors, but we just drove our rental car to the end of the street and walked into town which made it a lot easier. There was only one negative for us which is in no way Cabo Way's fault, but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, as we are, be aware that the neighbor smoked on her balcony constantly day and evening, so we couldn't sit out and enjoy the beautiful balcony. Cabo Way are dealing with the HOA on the matter of owners smoking on balconies and hopefully that will be resolved very soon.

Another great stay in the Cascadas complex. Easy walk to town every day and back up the hill every night helps work off dinner. Condo unit set up with everything you could need to cook at home with lots of attention to little details that aren't found in most rental places. Host and Sal, the concierge, extremely responsive! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location in Pedregal is fantastic, with a beautiful view overlooking San Lucas. The pools were a highlight—quiet, relaxing, and offering amazing views, which made it easy to truly unwind. The walk to Pedregal Beach is definitely a bit of a hike, but if you’re able, it’s well worth it. Having a car makes it even easier. We were lucky enough to watch whales right from the beach, which was an unforgettable experience. The concierge service from Sal was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful with so many things during our stay and even went above and beyond to assist us with an unrelated car rental issue. His support made the trip that much smoother. Highly recommend this location—we would absolutely stay here again and are already planning to come back next year.

This property was exactly as described. We’ve stayed at similar nearby places, but the heated pool and hot tubs, along with the covered underground parking, really set this one apart. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. By far, though, the best part was the view: gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, plus the fun surprise of watching random fireworks over the resorts in the evenings. I could sit and stare at the twinkling CSL for hours.
