We just finished a 10 day stay here and highly recommend it! The place was absolutely charming, with beautiful décor and a great overall vibe. The outdoor patio space, complete with a BBQ, and hot tub, was such a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.Laura, the owner, was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. She checked in to make sure we were settled, which we really appreciated.Jonathan, the property manager, was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and always showed up promptly if we needed assistance. He truly went above and beyond. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the beach and downtown, and close to plenty of bars, shops, and even a nearby Walmart.This was our first time in Cabo, and we will definitely be back!

Design and ambience of the place was pretty cool. I liked the location a lot, easy walk to the beach, nice restaurants and the Marina. Also had great parking and felt secure. Check-in went smoothly as well. What prevented 4-5 stars was just a lot of little things that stacked up. First night didn’t have hot water but was fixed by the morning. The igniter on the grill wasn’t working, although the igniter on the outdoor skillet was, so I was still able to use part of it. The remote for one of shades stopped working. The hot tub temperature has to be self managed. First night it wasn’t fully heated, second night was scalding hot. There isn’t an adjustment knob so you have to turn it off in the evening and turn it on about mid day to get the ideal temp at night. There was a bit of a sour smell, especially when entering. While most things were clean, we had to clean some silverware, dishes, and a fruit juicer had black spots. They were responsive whenever we’d bring up issues though.

BOOK IT! Exactly like the pictures. I had a little inconvenience but Laura/Nick sorted that out for me with no problem. They were very helpful- even helped me book transportation to and from airport/airbnb. Everything was walking distance- pharmacy, walmart, restaurants, bars, beach, beach clubs, tours, the marina, etc. We only used uber once and that was to Rosa Negra for dinner which is a 10 min drive- still very convenient. I’d stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Conveniently located just a couple blocks from the beach surrounded by restaurants, wine bars, minimarts pharmacy, pharmacies just about anything you could need. The house were great very kind and respectful and helpful as well. We enjoyed our trip.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect central location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants and entertainment downtown, which made getting around Cabo incredibly convenient. The high ceilings give the space an open, upscale feel, and the private yard area was a great bonus. Jonathan, the host, was absolutely amazing, truly above and beyond. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything you need in Cabo is close by, making this condo ideal for both relaxing and exploring. Cons: The condo was not ready at check-in and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Unfortunately, the previous guests were not very respectful of the space. The private hot tub did not work, which was disappointing, although there are working hot tubs on the rooftop. Overall, despite a few hiccups, this is a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future.

Great place for this price. It was very spacious and loved the private hot tub. Right near everything so it’s perfect.
