Great host and a perfect lication

Nice central location, nice place Positive: Great location, apartment was well stocked. Negative: Booking through booking.com. I couldn't figure out how to book direct with you. Would be great if you can have wetpacks to carry cell phones, etc on kayaks. Also, info on where to rent kayaks, boats, get daypasses, etc.

Probably the most well appointed Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Highlights: Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were a great touch. The beach is about a block walk down a hill, and it was great to be able to bring our own supplies and set up instead of paying inflated beach club prices. Actually HOT tub! The pool is small, but great for laps. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after long walks. (be aware that this unit does not have access to the rooftop pools) Well-Appointed kitchen with water and ice dispenser. As noted in the listing, it is a peekaboo water view. yes, you can see a little bit of ocean in between the palm trees between the resorts in front of the building, but the patio overlooks some beautiful trees, and is still a pleasant place to hang out. One thing to be aware of: The second bedroom can be quite noisy at night. The window is single paned, and overlooks a street that can be busy with people and cars. Light sleepers will need ear plugs.

Laura our host was very welcoming. We had Jonathan great us on our arrival. He gave us a tour and left us to our vacation.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and neat. Very easy to walk everywhere as well! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Great location, excellent property. Easy access to the beach, supplied with beach necessities (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Walk to dozens of restaurants and the Marina too. Grocery store across the street is tricky to find (protip enter the parking ramp side on the same street as the condo!) once we figured it out it sure was nice! Overall it was a great place and wonderful trip. Thanks!

Close to the beach, the marina, and many nice restaurant's

Magnificent place! Just as described and right in the perfect location. Five minutes to the beach or five minutes to the marina, take your pick. Great little restaurant right out the front door (Isabel), tacos to die for. Apartment was very clean (that goes a long way with us) and has everything you need, I.e., dishes utensils, pots, pans, towels, beach towels, condiments, etc. No need to go to Walmart first. Water is already filtered. There is a Walmart and a mall supermarket within walking distance. Communication with Laura and Sol was superb, always very responsive. They went above and beyond and worked out a late checkout for us. I highly recommend this Airbnb experience. I look forward to staying here again.
