Villa La Estancia 2306

Our stay was delightful, we left the Midwest with snow and bitter cold and landed in paradise. The villa and resort was top notch with a view of the ocean, beautiful pools and gardens. The restaurants at the resort were exceptionally good. The staff who helped us with various things were super friendly. Loved every minute.

Lovely stay, unit was well stocked, very clean and a great location, we had no issues but had all the contact information we needed if anything had come up.

Villa La Estancia is always a great place to choose as your home in Cabo.

I loved their communication. So responsive, lots of information. Jonathan the concierge was amazing. Even after we got delayed and had to stay an additional night he was there for us! Place is great and perfect for a girls trip. Would love to come back.

The unit is beautiful. We had stayed at the Villa Group several times. We will stay here again. Staff is responsive and friendly. Felt relaxed and at home. This was our 11th trip to Cabo. Just a suggestion to add a few items to the kitchen. We ate in and I cooked. Measuring cups, cookie sheets, and a better toaster would be a great addition. Thanks Erika

Laura & Nick were wonderful hosts. They responded quickly and were accommodating when I wanted to add an extra day to my trip. Their place is clean, beautiful and just steps away from the beach. My family and I would love to stay there again!

We had a awesome time during our vacation. We have used the services in the past and they never disappoint. We highly recommend it. We will be using them in the future.

The unit was beautifully appointed and exactly as described. One could easily stay in the resort complex the entire time, but we were a short uber drive away from downtown Cabo San Lucas/other tourist attractions and water sports. The only downside to this resort is it’s not really walkable to shops or the grocery store/Walmart, but everything is a short ride away. The concierge was highly responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and/or stay again.

We’ve been coming to Cabo for years, and this resort has truly stolen our hearts! The location is unbeatable with breathtaking views, and the service is consistently top-notch. Traveling with two small children, we found both the unit and the resort to be absolutely perfect for families. One of our favorite perks is having access to the sister resorts-it really expands the experience. The on-site grocery store is a huge convenience, especially with little ones in tow. The unit itself was lovely, in a fantastic spot on the property, and exactly as described. Communication throughout the process was seamless and professional. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay-we’ll definitely be back!

This is a great condo with a beautiful view. The condo was very spacious & clean. The resort grounds were beautiful & we enjoyed the restaurants. The resort is very quiet & strictly enforced. If that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend this place!

Rooms: super clean/ big. Washer/dryer. Loads of towels. Nice soap/shampoo. Nice big kitchen fully stocked with utensils/pots/pans. Comfortable bed. 3 safes. Very very happy. Nice balcony. Super nice to lay there staring at the ocean. resort: incredibly nice staff. Very green and lush. Huge pool. Heated and spotless. Towel service. restaurant right at the pool. Ate there. Food was ok. Food took forever to arrive. That’s the only negative but no need to eat there. Surrounded by incredible restaurants in a 8 minute (drive) radius. Awesome gym. Sauna. Jacuzzi showers. Loved it. Location: not walkable to local restaurants (assuming you wanna eat out and not at resorts). It was 8 mins from Costco. 6 mins from wal. Less than 10 mins from marina, tons of restaurants. Right on beach so location for us was a 10/10. If you don’t have a car. Just take uber or local cab. Very safe. Will stay again. Ate at Eataliano pizza (next to Walmart). Best Italian food, period. Lovely host too

We had a nice stay at La Estancia over the weekend with my friends. We arrived from the airport around 2pm and unfortunately the room wasn't ready yet so we went to get food by the pool. The check-in process was super simple and fast. They told us they would text us if the room was done sooner but unfortunately I never got a text but at least we killed some time by eating & exploring the area. When we checked back around 4pm, we got our keys and made our way to our Villa. The villa was super spacious and clean. I stayed in the main room on a California King bed which was super comfy along with a spacious bathroom. Right outside the room was also another bathroom but smaller. The other side was another room with 2 queen size bed & bathroom. Everything was clean and service was great! Thank you Laura & Nick!

The condo itself was clean and large. An extra blanket to cuddle in would have been nice as it got chilly at night on balcony. The facility was pricey so recommend getting groceries in town to make is more affordable. There was always pool chairs available a which was great. The restaurant for dinner and brunch was a special time out. Close to town to be able to walk on beach or through the city so location great but bring cash for cabs. The workout facility was satisfactory with sauna.

Our stay at Laura's condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is full stocked with everything you need, even a great selection of spices for cooking and high quality cookware! The unit is a little further back from the beach but still has a gorgeous view from the patio of the water and gardens. I think the location was actually better than being closer to the pool/beach area which has a lot more foot traffic. The patio is incredible -- very large with beautiful seating/lounge chairs, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Inside the condo, all the furnishings and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. The resort has great amenities and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described and will exceed your expectations.

The resort itself is beautiful. La Estancia is in a convenient location and is right on the beach. The resort has easy access to a wide variety of activities. The unit itself is generously proportioned. We found the unit to be clean and nicely decorated. It has a great view of the garden and pool area. It is far enough away to afford privacy but close enough so that you don't have to walk far to get to the rest of the resort. I hope to go back to this place again in the future. It also helps that the hosts are very nice people.

The Villa was outstanding! I traveled with my wife and adult daughter. The unit is clean and spacious. The resort is maintained very well and all of the staff are extremely friendly. The location was great, allowing for the option to walk or take an inexpensive Uber/taxi to shopping, dining and other activities in very close proximity. The pool and beach on property were great places to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The host, Laura was very responsive and recommended some fantastic local restaurants for us to go. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly both prior to arrival and once we arrived. I had no doubt that if anything were to come up, which nothing big did Laura would take care of it no problem. Our family would absolutely rent from her again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. We have stayed at this resort many times and love it, so we knew what to expect. The condo has a view of the ocean and gets the sun in the morning, great for coffee on the patio. It’s a safe area, we always feel comfortable walking to and from the marina and town even at night. The same staff have been at the resort for years so it feels friendly and familiar. The doormen and pool bar staff are excellent. The condo was exactly as pictured and was very clean on arrival. My only suggestion would be to have more cutlery available, as there were only four forks, and to have basics like coffee filters there on arrival. There was dishwasher pods and laundry detergent however. We also purchased a barbecue brush as there wasn’t one there. The barbecue was brand new and very nice! Laura was a good host, she responded promptly to questions and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Laura was great to work with and the property and condo were exactly as advertised. Great location! Easy access to lots of great restaurants and fun activities, but removed enough to not be in the middle of the party vibe all the time. And as a girls weekend, it was a very safe property and area, as a whole. Perfect spot!

The decor and furnishings were homey and comfortable. You can tell Laura and Nick have put their own touch on the unit. The location was perfect as well as the surroundings.

The condo was beautiful, very well furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and great location. Minor issue arose when we arrived and Laura responded immediately and let me know to call ger if there were any other problems (there werent). I would definatel stay there again.

Loved this condo at Estancia for our multigenerational fam trip. The pools are lovely, staff so kind and on a swimming beach, which is rare in Cabo.
