Hosts and Jonathan were very welcoming and the property was very nice! We did plan to grill steaks one night while there but the grill was not hooked up to gas ready to use so we assumed it was not working. We chose not to contact anyone that night and just had another dinner option instead. The beds were comfortable, the space was very clean, and staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful!! A great stay in Cabo!!!

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Cabo. Had everything we needed and more. On-site, restaurants and bar were perfect. Easily walkable to the harbor and tons of restaurants.

This was the perfect place to stay and relax with my family. The game room was a big hit. The pool was perfect. We love walking to the beach and ending the day at the pool. Thanks to Jonathan for all his help while we were there

The condo and resort were clean and met all of our needs. The resort is walking distance from downtown and Medano beach. I recommend it!

We met our 23 yr old son in Cabo while he was in the area on a surfing trip. This place was so perfect for us. It started with free, no hassle parking the minute our son showed up. We arrived a few minutes later from the AP. Our driver was arranged by Laura (property mgr). Our room was spotless. Our check in was very welcoming. The appetizer & margaritas at the pool bar were great. Grocery stores were less than a 5 minute walk. The beach is truly just 2 minutes away and our room had towels, beach chairs & an umbrella for our use. It was more of a resort experience than a condo rental, which was swell! The staff was so courteous and welcoming, I can’t say that enough. The unit is not fancy & the “view” is of unfinished construction. There is also a fair amount of street noise. I only mention this because it’s true & it might bother some folks, but it didn’t bother us as we’ve been to Cabo before & we know it’s a busy, noisy place. The location is also close to tons of great restaurants as well as the dance clubs (if that’s your thing). The price is also fabulous. This place checked our boxes & we would definitely return.

We overall had a great trip and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We wish the walk to the beach was a little closer especially when trying to bring chairs, umbrella, etc. but it was ok. This unit did not have a nice view and there was some construction going on/noise but we enjoyed our stay.

It was very easy to get to the beach and to the marina . The restaurants at the hotel had great food .

Nice apartments, everything you need is available, including beach accessories and carts. There is a grill on the balcony, we cooked marlin. Shops, restaurants, the beach are within walking distance. The owners are always in touch, promptly respond to requests. I definitely recommend it.

There was a minor wrinkle on arrival as the building staff took us to a different Laura who said she didn’t have a booking for us. However, the correct Laura’s excellent representative, Jonathan, arrived momentarily to iron things out. On the first day, the door lock keypad battery ran low, and once again, Jonathan arrived promptly to remedy the situation. The rest of our stay we felt secure knowing our host would immediately address any other issues, of which there were none. The place was beautiful with a well equipped kitchen, good appliances, great air conditioning and an ideal location. It neighbors two excellent groceries, adjoins the marina and is a very short walk to the incredible beach. The facility itself is fantastic, featuring a great pool surrounded by meticulously manicured grounds, including a fantastic restaurant and bar with the most accommodating staff. If you want to be in the heart of the action, with a restful retreat, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo. It's location cannot be beat. 3-5 blocks to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The space was spotless clean and have everything we needed for a one week stay. The pool was never too busy and it was nice to have snack/drink bar right there. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be adding this to our list of favorite places to stay in Cabo!

We were very comfortable with the entire booking process. Everything qas as expected. Well stocked kitchen, batheooms and bedrooms (lots of cooking utensils, linens, towels etc. Fabulous WIFI connection and super friendly staff through throughout the Marina Sol resort. Pool area, restaurant and gardens were immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.

Staying at Marina Sol was great. The pool was clean. While at the pool, the staff at the restaurant checked up on us frequently. It was very close (about 1 block) to a Walmart, in case you’d like to buy some snacks and drinks or cook full meals. The beach is about a 7-10 minute walk, depending on speed. They do have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon if you decide to go to the beach. A/C worked awesome the whole time there. My boys, 11 and 14 got cold after a while. They say the Marina is close by, but we took an Uber. Uber is probably the cheapest way to travel around d town. All in all, a great place to stay. Would definitely come back!

It was fantastic, don’t hesitate and choose this one right away. It’s in the middle of everything that matters in Cabo. Location, Location, Location and it’s beautiful.
